Think twice before going to Discovery Insure
I've been trying to get a Discovery Insure Core Plan quote for the past month. Every time I contact the call centre, I'm told that someone will contact me, but it never happens. I've asked now four (4) times, and nothing. It seems like Discovery Insure does not want my business.

26 Mar 2024, 08:46Discovery Insure is a joke. The call centre agent doesn't even know the product. They first quote me R800 p/m and then I needed to add home insurance for 100k and suddenly the premium jumps up to R1800 - who in their right mind would do business with Discovery Insure?

26 Mar 2024, 08:50Additionally their connect services call centre drops your call every 2 mins, it took me 15 re-dials to get my quote to be finalised, only for me this morning to hear its not finalised because the agent made a mistake and now I got cut off again - this is pathetic service
