i Gave notice in july when i called discovery insure and asked about the EFA account as i have 7k in it and wanted to know when i would be getting this. the amount would be 50%. the guy told me that the policy would need to come to an end and then they would process the money. i called today as policy ended end july 2021. he now tells me that i am not eligible to recieve the money because of the cycle. i understand that if i was a client. i am not a client no longer and want my money thats due to me. if i had chosen to get money monthly into my account i would have been paid monthly. the money is die to me. you guys are a bunch of thieving c..... i will go to the ombudsman as well as carte blanche with this
