I placed a review 18 Nov due to poor communication from Discovery Insure. In short, we cancelled our policy end Nov 2019 due to poor communication. Then our tracking devices had to be removed, or we would pay a penalty...surprise surprise, communication still a problem. After several emails, several online attempts to arrange a appointment (system did not give me ANY available dated for it to be removed in Kroonstad, Free State - they installed it here by the way), and a recorded phone call that I called, assuring me that they will come and remove it!! Yesterday, 26 Jan 2020, out of the blue, with no warning, Discovery deducted from my account R2360!!!! They are ******* and unprofessional!!

After this review of 27 Jan 2020, Discovery contacted us immediately and arranged a appointment for 9am, Wednesday 29 Jan 2020. Both our vehicles had to be at my husbands work. They also assured us, that once they removed the tracking devices, they would refund the R2360 (this is on a recorded phone call) that they wrongly deducted. Well, Wednesday came and went and we never heard from Discovery again. They NEVER showed up for the appointment and didn't even bother contacting us again. ******* and UNPROFESSIONAL!!
