they take more than three weeks to book assessment for your car. It's now alsmost a month me waiting for assessment report.

<p>I have been waiting for assessment report for more than three weeks after being involved in a car accidendent. They do not even call to tell me what is delaying them. Everyday I have to call them using airtime and the person responsible for my case never picked up her land line. So i have to call their call center which will take me about 15 minutes before i can talk to someone. That someone will tell me the same story I hear everyday...waiting for assessment report.</p> <p>I no longer know what to do guys. Can someone help me.</p>
