On 19 June 2015 at 10:57 I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about the poor service from Discovery Insure.<br> Clearly they just don't give a F***.<br> I am over it, disgusted, disappointed and regret taking out insurance with Discovery.<br> Till today my complaint for car hire and that the repair has still not started, has not been sorted and the excuse since 19 June is that Lebo is waiting for an answer from her manager!! Really, what a pathetic manager must she/he then be for taking so long?<br> Yesterday I was promised by Lebo that she will phone me back before end of day as well as the assessors, guess what? She failed to do so as well as the assessor. I had to phone this morning just to hear the same story as always \she is on another line".<br> I want an answer today or I WILL take further action!
