They just debit your account without your authorization

I was considering moving to Discovery insure. I was busy with negotiations with my current insurer and Discovery Insure.whipe still busy with the negotiations i got a surprise on the 2nd of February. They debited my account even though i did not agree to any quote as we were still busy with negotiations. I immediately contacted them and they apologized for the error and that i would be refunded. Within 4 days i received my refund. They also confirmed that it would not happen again. This already made me reconsider my choice of moving to Discovery Insure. On the 2nd of March my account got debited yet again. I again let them know immediately and asked to please refund as a matter of urgency. Again they apologized for the error and would get it refunded ASAP. To date I have not received my money back even though numerous follow ups have been made. After this experience and lack of service and communication would I never consider moving to Discovery insure. Neither will i recommend discovery insure to anyone..
