they give false information and they do not phone

We got n quote from discovery insure. We excepted on Friday. The sales consultant said they can come to me to install the tracking device. When I phoned the next Thursday to book they said my policy does not allow them to come out to me. I must go to them. Now I demand because of the false info given to me, they must correct their mistake and send a technician to my house. Now they say they can't. We only signed on Friday and all ready there's problems. I'm unhappy with them. They say a manager will phone me back and the don't. I want service or I'm canceling and I want my money back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
