They dont care less about their customers...gaaah

For months now Ive been sending emails with my complaint with the Panelbeater they sent my car to..Marvic Panel beaters in Richards Bay. Those guys did a *** job with regards to fixing my car, after it stayed with them for a whole freaking month. Told Marvic and reported to Discovery ...all I get is me being made to go up and down to Marvic panelbeaters (3times already). Asked Discovery to send an assessor to marvic with my car, was told he will be there...next thing I find out the dude from Netasses never even came to assess the car, Marvic assessed it themselves. Eyi you know what Im just gatvol now... Discovery insure trully dissappointed me , they are not supporting/helping their customers and allow us to be *****ed by poor performing company like Marvic panelbeaters
