They cant call you back!
<p>My wife was involved in a car accident two weeks ago and we logged our claim on the Monday. After hearing nothing I called on the Wednesday and was told that an assessor was sent out and I would have an answer within 48 hours. Its been 8 working days since that call and not once has a consultant contacted me - each time I have had to phone to follow up. And when I ask to speak to a manager, they are NEVER available! No one returns my calls - and no one can give me answers, I left my previous insurer of 15 years with the promise of better service - my previous insurer followed up with ME - and paid my claims out within 7 working days! This is utter nonsense. I am so terribly disappointed. </p>

Notwithstanding the contact Shawn has made to arrange for the meeting with your wife tomorrow at your place, we have asked that the experience on the claim has to be turned around. That being said, we would be unable to circumvent any processes that must be followed to ensure quality and adherence.
