These guys don't payout 3rd party claim

I have submitted a third-party claim to Discovery Insure regarding my vehicle. I have been waiting for a response for at least three months and have consistently reached out to them for updates. As it approaches six months, I have yet to receive my payout from the third-party release department at Discovery Insure. I advise anyone in a similar situation to consider pursuing legal action from the outset, as they are unlikely to provide assistance if you attempt to resolve the matter privately. The 3rd party consultant assigned to me was Mathapelo and she's not once rep**** to my emails with no updates.
