I been a discovery insure member for a while now, and though there never a good time or right time, the timing of your incidents just always throws one out. I did not have the best service at all trying to log my claim during Covid time not knowing if i should wait (or go ahead during this time as you actually do not know that you would experience anything in this time but then it culminated. What a mission I went online logged got a number tried again for a theft and accident , terrible back and forth to this very day I am waiting for the person whom discovery claimed would be my contact to call me back . I must have called about 6 times the following Monday to follow up and got given the run around. And then like a ray of hope and sunshine Thembinkosi Mlondi Nhlema eventually spoke to me on the phone a real gem and asset to discovery, The only and most helpful claims person I have ever encountered at discovery. He should be one that discovery should have all its staff follow in his lead. Helpful helpful follow up and not making you feel stupid or like it is your fault. Nothing was a problem and he responds to your emails and calls omw that was amazing and followed up. In this time I can only hope he receive some form of service excellence and recognition as he so deservant of it. Thank you so much, I would only ever deal with him.
