The worst vehicle insurer ever
If you ever want peace of mind, please do not ever insure your vehicle with Discovery Insure! They have done very little to nothing to resolve the complaint I lodged 2 weeks ago. It's been well over a month since I had a horrific accident that saw my vehicle getting severely damaged. Although a courtesy car was provided, their investigations have taken far too long! I have subsequently received notice of expiration of the courtesy car service, of which I am due to return this morning, yet no communication whatsoever regarding my claim! The assessor has not been forthcoming! I seriously truly regret having entrusted insurance cover with them. I shall never do it again, ever!
