The worst service I've received so far

Background: Discovery poached me from OUTsurance by offering me such low premiums it was unbelievable. my one prerequisite was that they offer me a better service than OUTsurance ever offered me if that was possible. like an attractive Rumpelstiltskin contract i accepted. <br> <br> 3 of my phones and a tablet were ****** from my house, they required documents which i provided last week Friday and a week has passed. either they dont answer my emails or the agent keeps telling me about these tedious processes that require another investigator in addition to the numerous police that have already been to my house just to verify whether I really had 3 high end phones and an ipad.. i keep getting calls being interrogated on the phones i had and what phones i currently have like i ****** an incredible connection and just have an incredible amount of gadgets for an individual! as a CIO Im hardly home, my claim wont be processed until this private eye comes to my place and concludes his investigation,they don't have his/her number. its actually now a total of 2 week still waiting for something from discovery. ***!!!!! someone please suggest an insurance that takes care of clients,I'm tired now
