THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I'm a 3rd Party claiming from Discovery. Well if I was ever thinking of moving my personal or business over to Discovery, after this experience i will never and i will spread the word as to the BAD SERVICE I received from their Legal Liabilities Advisors. If I was a potential client, i'm not anymore. My claim started in October 2022 and my car is still not fixed. I started off with Nonkululeko Kolanisi, got not even past the initial of sending in my details then nothing. Eventually I got hold of Thabiso Manaswe Twala who informed me that Nonkululeko is not my Advisor anymore but Gretchen Rubin was. He sent a mail to Gretchen on the 28th Nov asking her to get in contact with me and he arranged for my car to be assessed in the meantime. This happened in the first week of December 2022. Then nothing. I eventually spoke to Getchen who was not very apologetic for not following up on my claim but informed me that all paper work was in order and she would send through the payout form by end of business, this was Monday 23rd January 2023. Nothing, emailed nothing, called this morning she only starts at 9am. I mean where do ever have to wait 4 MONTHS for service. ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING
