The worst service ever

As i was once a client for outsurance before i joined discovery,during march, they gave me a call after i joined discover giving me a better offer . Then i sent the quote to discovery and they reduced my premium but i was not happy and ordered them to cancel my policy , then i didnt receive any communication from them , called back and to check if they have cancelled, then thru said to me that they will give me a better premium i must not go ahead with the insurance witch i did say cool they dont have to cancel , up to now im receiving the same response i received since March that someone is not doing their job to reinstate my insurance they never update anything. War kind of a service is discovery giving ??
