The worst insurance

<p>After my last review on them I had someone call me from discovery. Everything seemed to go smoothly then the company Monument park also known as LRB projects from klerksdorp was appointed for my building part of the claim. It was down hill from there and discovery doesn't seem to care. I called to complain about the bad timing job Lrb had done amongst other things and I was told by the claims administrator that I should have sat and babysitted the tiler. Like if you hired professional people I wouldn't have to sit with this problem. Discovery needs to wake up, I am definitely leaving this insurance, no professionalism but they quick to take your money. </p>
