The worst experience of my life with car insurers, Stay away if you can!

Update on my previous post, accident happened 28 August 2023, Its 27 November 2023 and I'm still car less and all they say is "It's out of Discoveries and repairers control!" It probably would have cost me less to fix the car myself after all the money I'm spending on transport whilst I wait for my car.

They NEVER miss to debit that premium though!

It doesn't matter how far you escalate it, they only respond on email, if you call it's a different agent every time!

I'm ready to go pay a ridiculous premium somewhere else seriously.
