the worst experience of my life

I was promised an inspection of my vehicle to be done at my location. This was mentioned when I was given a quote. This was one of the main reasons I agreed to go with Discovery. The inspection never happened and I followed up on this 3 times and each time I was promised the inspection would be done at my location I am still waiting for it to be done. On top of this they have been deducting double my premiums, I only picked this up in my second month. Discovery is supposed to be a big company and as such we expect professionalism but in my case it has been the worst nightmare of my life. They need to spend less time making adverts and spend more time and money training their staff and improving their service. This is false advertising as they lured me into taking their policy based on a promise to inspect the vehicle at my location but with no intention of doing this. I would not recommend Discovery insure to any person. Worst experience ever!!!
