The worst customer service I'd not wish to anyone!

On the 3 Sept 2015, I got stuck at 18:43 on a Jhb highway from Pretoria, before Olifantsfontein offramp, contacted the call centre, and had to wait for more or less than 4hours, on the road without any assistance. I was nearly ****** by a group of people whilst I awaited the tow truck, on a rainy evening, going to attend the Toni Braxton show, which we couldn't attend at all because of the tow truck guys. Guess what, the call centre kept on telling me the guy is on his way, for 4 hours. I think it's better to join another insurance company who could make my money worthwhile. Did they even check me out in that night if everything was fine, NO! The tow truck guys apologized late arrival, saying they were getting lost, on the highway, right next to the Olifantfontein offramp! REALLY? I tried to stomach this but I just couldn't hold it anymore and felt it was better to share it. Why do they keep tow trucks that aren't giving a service? I am so disappointed at Discovery Insure!
