THE WORST CLAIMS SERVIVE EVER!

Had an accident on the 24th of October. My car was towed away and then I got two calls with people saying they are assessing my car. 9 days later the car has not been assessed. I call discovery and they are now telling me the car is being assessed tomorrow (3 November). Each time I call they don't even seem to know where the car is. I have been on hold for the past 30 minutes now and if this call drops they don't even bother calling back. I have now asked to be escalated to a higher person and I have again been put on hold for another 5 minutes. If the car has not been assesed 9 days later, I am just worried it will take another 2 months to even get it fixed.
