The only reason I give them 1 star is because there is not -5 stars.

I have been with them for 5 years, sent emails saying they have not captured my number incorrectly, and spoke to customer services saying they have captured my number incorrectly. None of their service providers can get a hold of me because Discovery keeps giving them the wrong number!!!!

In fact, Discovery should call me to resolve this issue.... oh wait you cannot because you have the wrong number!!!

I hate this insurance company so much...I have had so many issues with them, once I sell my car I will finally be free of this circus.
