The most awesome service ever!
I had an awesome experience today with Discovery Insure. I logged a emergency assistance call with them via the app. Withing 2 minutes my phone rang and Aretha Tobias asked how she can help. I told her about my blocked drain and she immediately dispatched a plumber to assist. She phoned me every 15 minutes to follow up on whether the plumber has been to my house and if the problem was sorted. It was resolved literally all in all within 2 hours from logging the call and waving the plumber off! I am hooked on Discovery for life! Thanks Aretha!
