The missing middleman

In the past I've often been frustrated with the fact that I had to be the middleman between contractors assigned to a claim; anything from advising plumbers to contacting builders when the plumbers are done etc. This all changed when Riaan Whitney contacted me as a Building Specialist from Discovery Insure. This was the missing piece in the chain. He came out to assess the damage, made great recommendations, made the appointments and coordinated all of the contractors. And may I add that he did all this with a superb attitude.
