The math is NOT mathing...

I am surprised/confused/dumbfounded/disgusted... I don't know the exact word I am to be honest.

Went through my policy about two weeks ago, updated everything to the latest information and made some changes as I started a new job. Received my new policy... wow a saving of R200!

Today, to my surprise, I receive my 1 year anniversary letter... your premium will be increasing by R500!

Are you nuts!? How does this even come close to making sense???? From literally saving R200 to an increase of R500!

Sadly I will be looking for cheaper insurance elsewhere.

I just hope that people reading this review doesn't fall in the same trap as I did. Discovery is very good with marketing (giving credit where it is due) but all the hoops you have to jump through, all the cloak and dagger, poor customer service is really not worth it.
