The looter guised as a Service provider...

Car accident in March 2016. Repairs done by CMC Autobody some 6 weeks later. Windows do not work ever since the accident. No jack and spanner set even though the towing slip shows acknowledgement of these items. Several emails to Nabilah Dawood to get clarity and way forward to no avail. I have had to grovel and beg for every response. Last response was 24 June 2016. On 18 July I escalated the matter to the Complaints department and to this day there is no sign of the promised 'dedicated agent' responding to my querry as outlined on their auto reply email. Well, Lucky me, I got a letter from discovery Yesterday signed by Francois Theron (COO) himself. To my dismay, not resolving my issues but rather informing me of an increase in my premiums. Why is there no feedback and resolution?

On the issues raised, we have received feedback fom our claims department and this is what they advise:
- The repeiarer is aware of the window mechanisim that is not functioning and they have placed an order with your vehicle manufacturer. It is regretable that the manufacturers are unable to give us a date of arrival on the back order. If you are able to pursuate them to expedite the order that will be aapreciated. That said, we did a follow up and they advised that the order estimated time of arrival is indefinate. Discovery Insure commensurates, however, it is beyond our control when parts are not available.
- On the matter of the the missing items, we have escalated and feedback will be provided once we have the check list. This matter should be concluded in reasonalble time.

DI
