The incident happened on a weekend, I used the Discovery App to lodge a claim on a Saturday. I got a call back by 10:00 on Monday Morning. I submitted all the required documents on Tuesday Morning. By Tuesday afternoon my claim was finalised and payment confirmation received. It literally took 2 days💃🏾. Big ups to Reabetswe Mabidikana! She was professional and friendly.
