The extra mile - A place never too crowded
I must admit the Call Centre interaction I have with Discovery Insurance Call Centre agents is ordinarily of a high standard, but Nthato was exceptional.<br> <br> He assisted with the query I had efficiently and effectively (displaying a high understanding of his product and market). What impressed me though was going the extra mile, assessing my current cover and making interesting, informed recommendations.<br> <br> Thanks Nthato, I was impressed - and that does not happen easily.<br> <br> A satisfied customer.
