The extra effort really does make a difference!

I have just had another fantastic experience with Discovery Insure that really does deserve a mention. As a long-time Discovery client, by now I expect their processes to be slick and simple (which they are), but it's the extra effort of the people that I really appreciate. My claim was allocated to Natasja Badenhorst who processed it very efficiently. I did, however, have one question which I emailed through on Friday evening. I then received a response from her on Saturday morning (World Cup final Saturday no less). Which other insurer would do that? It's that kind of service that I think needs to be recognised and celebrated. As a client it makes me feel like Discovery actually does care, and that I'm being treated as a person and not just another case number. Thanks Discovery and Natasja!
