The claim experience you hope for

Following an accident I lodged a claim with Discovery and my claim was allocated to Natasja Badenhorst. I was leaving the country the next day for an extended period, and so I needed things to be handled extremely quickly. Natasja was absolutely amazing. Natasja guided me through a simple process whereby I was able to simply drop my scooter at the repair workshop, and she then chased up to get the quotation. As soon as I provided the quote, the claim was approved within a couple of minutes. The entire experience was extremely efficient with no lengthy explanations or documents required. It is everything I would hope for when having to lodge an insurance claim, and Natasja made it really simple and pleasant for me.
