THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!

I should have known that going ahead with taking car insurance with discovery insure was a big mistake from the get go, I would honestly rather risk driving an uninsured car than to deal with the s*** I get from *********** staff members of this insurance company! I am still waiting for a call from staff members mentioned above and many more! Firstly, two different people gave me two different quotations with a big difference in percatenge back, this should have been a BIG RED FLAG, no one cares and no one listens, they installed a tracker in my car and gave me a number to SMS and that will help me locate my car but this too has failed however, I spoke with Arnold and he confirmed that the device is working, I confirmed many times that premiums be taken off on 25th of every month from sept 2015, I went to a point where I called on that day to confirm if the debit will go through and karabo confirmed this, until today this has not been done! Every person that I speak to passes the buck and promises to call but never do! SO MANY ISSUES I HAVE AND NO ONE HELPS AS IF THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR, come take out your PIECE OF JUNK FROM MY CAR, I AM DONE!! I WILL REVERSE ANY MONEY DEBITED!
