I am a registered nurse working in the frontline of this country's health crisis at present, and I am obviously very tired, disillusioned and overworked. Yesterday, I accidentally hit a curb with my car and got a puncture. I changed the tyre and parked the car away. This morning I went to work only to find that my other tyre, on the same side that I hit the curb, was also flat. I was on the verge of tears. I was inundated with patients and stressed out about my car when I called. I spoke to Paulus Furstenburg and asked him for advice. He was professional and reassuring and very helpful. Without hesitation, he had a plan for my dilemma, he confirmed which Tiger Wheel and Tyre branch was open closest to me and he arranged for a tow-truck to come fetch my vehicle. More than that, he stayed in contact with me every 15 minutes and was reassuring that the issue would get sorted out without needing to reimburse Discovery for this service. He kept contact with me right until the point that my car had safely reached Tiger Wheel. I am immensely grateful and impressed by the service I received by Discovery Insure and Paulus.
