The Best Service Experience Ever

My daughter lost her phone insured with Discovery Insure. I called at about 08:35 on 30:07/2018 & spoke to Gontse Moteane to register the claim. She is the most efficient and professional person I have ever dealt with within Discovery, especially for claims. She kept me informed on the progress and status of my claim, within 3 hours I received a confirmation that my claim was approved/authorised followed by store vouchers. I did not experience any problem at the store with the vouchers, I immediately got a new phone. Yes, all within 5 hours!!! This is the best service experience I’ve ever received, she is indeed a valuable asset to Discovery Insure.
