The best retention consultant-Mr. Shafick Allow

Earlier on the 21/04/2021, I was assisted by Shafick Allow from the retentions department in Discovery Insure. Mr. Allow gave me the most exceptional customer service I've experienced thus far. He listen and resolve my query on first contact with high standards but i was mostly touched by his empathy throughout.
He also went an extra mile to advise on how i can maximize on my current benefits which reaffirmed my believe in their core values of being a greater force for good by "enhancing and protecting lives".
In the period that has tested most of us, this is what i call paying it forward and i wish Discovery Insure and their ambassador -Mr. Shafick Allow all the best.
