I had a minor accident a week ago, the day I claimed I was assigned claim administrator by the name of Vulindlela Ntsele. I am beyond words, my claim assessment was done in 15 minutes and it took a day for the claim to be authorised. Vulindlela kept me informed each step of the way. He even organised a car for me while my car is being fixed. I would like to thank him and say I am in awe of his service. Please keep it up
