The bad insurance of them all

I lodged a claim for building and home contents claim on the 13th June, it hasn't been paid yet, 35 days later. I had another claim yesterday, 17 July. History is repeating itself... no water and electricity...my healh is deteriorating... I'm sick from inhaling dirty air caused by wet carpets. Discovery is still sending me from pillar to post. I don't know for how long I'll be staying in a stinking house... on the other hand, they don't forget to debit my account (twice already since I've lodged the first claim)
