The App and specialist saved the experience.
Nice save! I called the call centre... Couldn't have a sensible conversation. Luckily I was reminded of the App. So I could log my claim with pictures on the app. Then Riaan Whitney came to assess the damage. Had a great conversation with him and got a lot of valuable insights regarding maintenance from him.
