Thapelo Tshikotshi - 10/10 SERVICE
I would like to extend my appreciation to Thapelo Tshikotshi in the claim specialist department. He has been nothing less of a STAR. Excellent 10/10 service on assisting me with my claim. When you escalate, he makes sure the matter is resolved and asks his team relevant questions as to why the claim is taking so long to be resolved. I was truly happy with his service.
