Wow.. Just wow.. I ran into an emergency and I called discovery insure for assistance, initially I was dreading having to make the call.. HOWEVER, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by mpumelelo khoza, what a lad!!!! Top tier service delivered Instantly, even following up with me for things that I needed to confirm, calling back in time frames which were to the Second. Your company needs this guy off the phones, and next to everyone else to guide and coach them. He is wonderful. Please give him a promotion. I do not want to call you if I don't get to deal with him, or hopefully someone that he has coached. This guy is solid gold.
