Good day<br> <br> I would like to say thank you to Kele Bezu who assisted me with my claim.<br> <br> I was contacted early the morning after submitting my claim to find out what happened. I received a call shortly thereafter from the service provider (technician) who booked an appointment for the same day to do an assessment of the claim.<br> <br> The issue has now been resolved and all within 48 hours of submitting the claim.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Tyrone
