Thanks for settling the claim efficiently
I have to commend the claims team for their pro-active behaviour with regards to a motor claim we had. They organized for all documentation to be picked up, communicated throughout the cycle and confirmed that payment will be made within 72 hours. I previously considered moving to another Insurer, but this experience changed my mind!
