Thanks Discovery Insure, thank you Gordon Van Wyk

After I completed my claim form I was contacted by Gordon Van Wyk from Discovery Insure, he was detailed in the documentation he required from me and gave me confidence that I could leave the matter in his hands, he advised me that he will contact me if there is further information required. I appreciate that he must be dealing with many claims at the same time so I was expecting delays ... I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency he showed and despite a public holiday being in the middle of the claim all was sorted. Big Up Gordon! so sic :-)
