Thanks Discovery Insure
I want to thank Discovery Insure and in particular the call centre Service Consultant - Aziz Mcpherson - for assisting me today to have my vehicle towed. It is extremely stressful to breakdown at a very busy and particularly dangerous intersection but everyone was there to assist and timeously. From first contact with Discovery Insure to having my vehicle on a Firsthelp flatbed and being towed to the mechanic it was less than an hour. Aziz was in constant contact with me to ensure my safety and that of my vehicle. Thanks Discovery Insure!
