Thank you, Willie Scholtz

I got involved in an accident on Saturday, the 17th October 2020 and fortunately my vehicle was fitted with Discovery impact alert tracker. Immediately after the impact, Discovery got a notification of the incident and I got such a prompt call from a gentleman by the name of Willie Scholtz. From the moment he called me, it felt like he completely understood what I was going though. He was so calm and made sure that I was okay. He took me step by step through the process of claiming with such a calm, clear voice. I kept mumbling throughout due to my disorientation but he was there by my side the entire time. He kept calling me every few minutes to check up with me and give me the latest developments from Discovery side. At one point I started getting emotional and could not speak anymore because of the situation and by how a stranger I don't even know, cared for me more than anyone else at that moment. It felt so personal - he was with me the whole time. He carried out from the beginning to the end the entire process so brilliantly, I can not say thank you enough. That impact alert is industry changing and is going to save many lives.
