Thank you, Tumelo for being so helpful!

I called the Discovery Insure call centre twice to update our policy details as we had moved both offices and home. After 2 attempts to update our information and obtain a quote for new home insurance (one of which took 45 minutes), they could find no record of any of the many calls I had made.<br> <br> On my 3rd attempt I finally got through to Tumelo and expected further frustration. What I got instead was an incredibly helpful, professional, friendly person who not only apologized for mistakes which were not his but worked with me on the phone for over an hour to update our existing policy and put together the quote for our new policy.<br> <br> Thank you Tumelo for turning my frustration right around!
