Thank you Thando Ngwenya

I would like to thank Thando Ngwenya for the amazing service provided with a recent claim. From taking ownership for my claim after it initially was closed, to providing relevant timeous updates on the same day via email correspondence. I did not need to pick up the phone once to call for an update. Despite this being a very stressful process, her handling of my claim made me feel at ease that everything was well in hand. Blown away! Maybe it's just a Thando thing.
