I recently had to put in a claim and I spoke to Stanley who I found to be an absolute pleasure to deal with....I was sorted out the very next day...but during the process of replacing the geyser they found the incorrect electrical cable was used by the previous installation....thus I was requested to pay for this mistake...

I argued this with a few staff at Discovery to join avail... eventually Stanley called me and I hurt let rip. He was so polite..cool and calm and oh so professional.. All the time I was giving him such a hard time that I had to pay... A day later I got a call from the contractor advising that Discovery had approved to replace the cable... saving ne a 1000 bucks.. This all due to Stanley's manner in which he handled me and my claim...

Thank you Stanley for being the best at what you do...thank you for being there for me and listening to my moans and groans...
