I was recently involved in an accident where my car was written off. I called Discovery Insure while at the scene. Elly the consultant I got hold of was extremely helpful. first finding out if I was hurt . Organising the towing and also making sure that I was driven home.

The following day I registered the claim with Simphiwe Ntsele. He was extremely professional. Let me know everything that was happening . i was involved every step of the way . i have heard friends complain about how long their claims take from registering it to payout but this certainly was not my experience.
