Thank you Simon Ngoepe

Had such a pleasant experience with Simon Ngoepe, when I needed emergency assistance. The situation was by no means clear cut and easy to manage, but he very helpful and found solutions for every problem. He was also very patient and I loved the fact that he followed up continuously, asked his colleagues to follow up when he left work and followed up again with me the next day.
