Had such a pleasant experience with Sandisiwe Princess Toko. She was extremely compassionate,empathetic and patient with me after my accident. When I was unsure about things and how to handle all different options,she gave me the time to think over it all and didn’t push with anything. She kept making sure I was still ok during the whole process and didn’t proceed with anything until I was alright with it all. The patience and calmness she had was extremely appreciated and even after the claim was settled,she still kept making sure all was running smoothly. There is very little people left out there in call centres that genuinely still care and will go out of their way for clientele.
