I've already given compliment about Alfred in retentions. This particular compliment goes out to Shafick Allow. His surname is so fitting, he allows changes to be positive for the customer. in my query as to why the debit order didn't go through on the said day because there were funds and as such my policy lapsed. he resolved that on the bank statement it does show that there were funds on the agreed strike date. as a result there's no need for a re-issue of a policy but a re-instatement as the unsuccessful debit order was no fault of my own. I'm truly grateful. The premiums at discovery are reasonable but high to an average being like myself. The peace of mind is knowing that you have someone like Mr Allow who is patient and very calming in the storm.
